Teknophos KL 1200 Cooling Tower Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor 30 L

It is a unique combination developed for open-loop cooling systems, containing corrosion inhibitors, crystal growth modifiers, and dispersants. With scientifically adjusted ratios, it effectively prevents corrosion while keeping heat transfer areas clean.

Suitable microbiocide selection and pH reduction are necessary for a complete conditioning program. TEKNOPHOS KL 1200 also requires hardness ions for the film it forms on metal surfaces. Therefore, it is not suitable for open-loop cooling waters fed with zero hardness.

It can independently prevent corrosion and deposit formation.
Not suitable for multi-metal (iron, copper, and copper alloys) systems.
Resistant to halogens, especially chlorine and bromine, and can be safely used in cooling systems disinfected with halogens.
Operates efficiently within a wide pH range and under various temperatures without decomposing.
Exhibits bacteriostatic effects due to its organic structure.
Environmentally friendly, leaving no harmful waste in the receiving environment and biodegrades naturally.
